How to return goods/Complaints (Return and refund policy)

Do you want to return the goods?

You can return it within 14 days of receiving the package.

  1. Fill out the Return Form (PDF download) . Don't forget to include the account number where we can send you the money for the returned goods.
  2. Pack the goods. Enclose the return form.
  3. Send the goods back to the address below:

Returns are not possible on products if it is custom-made according to your specific dimensions.

How to make a complaint about ordered goods

  1. Fill out the Claim Form (PDF for download). Choose the method by which we will handle any recognized claim (exchange of goods for new ones or refund of money to your bank account).
  2. Pack the goods you want to claim. Enclose the completed claim form.
  3. Send us the goods you are complaining about to the address below:

Conditions for accepting a complaint:

  • A complaint must be filed as soon as possible after the defect appears.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by the user is not considered a defect.


Once we receive the shipment, you are entitled to have your claim processed within 30 days of delivery.
