Order Dispatch:
Most of your orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received, or after order confirmation in the case of cash on delivery. Covers for Stressless chairs are dispatched within 5–7 business days due to additional processing time.

Delivery Time:

• Czech Republic: 2–5 business days

• European Union: 5–10 business days

• United States: 10–15 business days

• Canada: 15–25 business days

Shipping Services:

• Within Czechia: Zásilkovna, PPL, Balíkovna

• International: Zásilkovna, PPL, Balíkovna, Česká pošta

Shipment Tracking:
Once the shipment is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Notice:
Please ensure the delivery address is correct. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you regarding reshipment. The buyer bears the cost of resending the package.
