Return Policy

Do you want to return goods?
You can return goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

How to proceed:

  1. Fill in the Return Form ( Formulář pro vrácení zboží (PDF ke stažení). Don’t forget to include your bank account number, so we can send back the payment for the returned goods.

  2. Carefully pack the goods and include the completed form.

  3. Send the package to the address:
    Na šachtě 571/7, 170 00 Praha 7 – Holešovice, Anastasiia Melnyk

Returns are not possible for products made to measure according to specific customer requests.

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.


Refund Policy / Complaints

How to make a complaint about ordered goods:

  1. Fill in the Complaint Form (Reklamační formulář (PDF ke stažení)).

  2. Choose the way to resolve the complaint (exchange or refund).

  3. Pack the goods together with the completed form.

  4. Send the package to the address:
    Na šachtě 571/7, 170 00 Praha 7 – Holešovice, Anastasiia Melnyk

Conditions for complaint acceptance:

  • Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible after discovering the defect.

  • Normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or damage caused by the user is not considered a defect.

  • After receiving the shipment, the complaint will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
